I’m on day six of doxycycline. I took the first pill 1.5 hours before eating a burger with triple cheese slices and the second pill 30 mins before I ate a small bowl of cheese ravioli and lasagna (which has cheese).

I know it sounds crazy but I genuinely cannot believe it I just can’t! Im on day 2 of 7 of the treatment and I looked up my results on Google, shouldnt my results be qualitative (positive/negative) or report the bacterial load as "copies/mL? Why’s it in ppm?

I took a self vaginal swab at the emergency room as it was the weekend and I couldn’t request my gyno for a swab/blood work.
I do have an order for a STI blood test but should I even do it now? Or wait a bit. I genuinely have no symptoms or anything I’m just so upset could this be a possible false positive
I don’t think I can afford the living expenses at Oxford as I’m just recently graduating from my undergrad and want to defer my offer to next year. Plus there’s this whole war going on in the Middle East where I’m living so I think it’s a little bit stressful. I haven’t seen my family in four years too.
I just don’t know what to tell them and I’m afraid to let them know that I may want to defer my offer and then they’ll think negatively of me or something.
