Salad, spring rolls and iced (decaf) coffee. It’s something!

If you are curious, here’s my « recipe » :
- 1 block of tofu, thawed
- 2 T of soy sauce
- 2 T of rice vinegar
- 1 T of maple syrup
- ginger powder
- garlic powder
That’s IT. You can eat it as is or bake it with veggies, slay everytime.
These are seriously life savers. Cooked quinoa, veggies on sale, smoked tofu, a dressing, added some chia seeds to a countainer of vanilla yogurt and I can eat it with fruits.
It took some energy at the beginning of the week but now I can eat healthy meals and snacks easily.
