Does anyone else do this too?

These nep seedlings sprouted in feb and i've kept them in the same microwaveable containers with holes in the lids. Do i need to take off the lids of their containers? And if i do i assume i'd need to add more moss as the current amount it's in would dry out pretty fast(?)

Some background, i live in the philippines where it's very hot and humid all the time. I keep my pitcher plants in my back balcony where they get some direct afternoon sun and bright indirect light the rest of the day. Last pic shows my setup.
