Any vintage voice BK Strat pickup users here

BKP seems to get a lot of love for their humbuckers and high output single coils. I have Polymaths in my Les Paul Custom and I really love them. But I don’t hear a lot about their vintage style single coils.

I have a few Strats and I want to switch the pickups out of one equipped with Fender Pure Vintage ‘61s. My others have-
Monty’s ‘62
Lindy Fralin Woodstock
Seymour Duncan SSL1 (Bridge is SSL5T tapped)

I really like my BKP Polymaths, and will probably get a PAF BKP at some point. Monty’s ‘62 Strat pickups are incredible and my favorite in any guitar I own- but I’d feel like I should give BKP’s version of that which I think are the ‘59 slab boards. Anyone use those? Or have any of you tried the Mother’s Milk?

The Triptych also look interesting. Would like to hear about those.

Especially looking for feedback if you used Monty’s and BKP.

Thanks

A visit from a life long wasp hater here…

I have been super scared of wasps/hornets all my life (I’ve been told I was stung when I was really little) but now I have two little ones (twin daughters that turn 2 at the end of summer) AND their grandpa on their mom’s side is super allergic to bees.

I’m super cool about snakes and spiders… it’s just wasps/hornets that send adrenaline pumping through me.

I’m constantly thinking about how me freaking out will get one mad and then sting my daughters, or will get them irrationally scared like me. I think the potential allergy thing has really reignited said fear.

Any advice? Have been reading on your forum for the last day, but am just wondering if you have any advice. I saw something about “V” means they’re being defensive, but they’re usually chill.

Thanks
