From a fully banned country. H1b extension still pending filed on Feb 2026 with PP.
Filed I-140/AOS Eb2 package concurrently on July 31st. Nebraska PP center. Approved on 8/18

After months of waiting since Feb 2026, my PP filed h1b extension got an RFE. I haven’t received it yet so have no idea what it’s going to be. In the meantime about a week ago my company filed AOS and I-140 concurrently for me. Is there a chance that RFE in one case impacts processing of the rest of the petitions? Has anyone had similar experience?

Have you all heard about any employment based cases being approved that were on PP before the pause from CA premium processing center? I’m worried that my employment based case is in USCIS blackhole now!

Got my first Specialized bike and loved riding it so much. The bike from the day 1 was having issues and since it was brand new I went back to the store to get it checked out. After a few days I was told that the bike has a part issue. They told me they’ll order the part and replace it in 3 to 4 days. It’s day 5 and I have no updates. Is this normal? Honestly pretty disappointed given that this is a brand new bike and really was looking forward to riding it🥲
