Could someone tell me how to "please log in to your account to see the dedicated contact number"? Im logged in as gold member and can't find it anywhere.

I'm looking to book long haul flights using my saved up Avios, and I also have a pair of upgrade vouchers to use. I definitely want to fly business class, but see the best use of the vouchers in upgrading from premium economy than from business class.

Is it easy to apply the vouchers on a reward flight? Any tips or advice on this?
