Any Recipes You Want to Share for the Weekend Picnics and Celebrations?

I want to make a dessert item that is good, that no one will suspect is lo-cal and something I can eat. I also want to make a high protein cold salad. We are hosting a pool party tomorrow and no one except me is on a weight loss journey, and I don't want to deal with "I can eat this, no can't have that", that's way too much sugar, etc." Mind sharing what are y'all cookin' up this weekend?

I have a Few Questions

I've recently re-joined WW, not new to the program but new to how it is now. I have a handle on the points concept because I've done the program before using the points program but I'm a little confused on the points along with calories. I'm currently set to "Lose" mode

  1. Is the calorie range listed in my macro what I should be eating to lose? Currently it's showing 1325-1525 **edited to add: I've being trying to eat in a calorie deficit, meaning eating 500 cals less than the minimim 1325, and I haven't lost a pound in 3 weeks.
  2. I get 23 points a day and 18 weeklies. Can I continue to eat if I run out of points but haven't met the calorie range?
  3. I earn approx. 15 extra weeklies per week. should I be eating those or leaving them alone?
  4. I read about "rolling over" something - weeklies I suppose....is this something I should be doing?

Thanks in advance for the assistance.

Always Dreaded, No Longer Have to!

I love getting Pedicures, they are my guilty pleasure but I always dreaded the massaging of my shins. The hard massaging would hurt, felt like there were Pins being stuck into my skin, the nerves would burn but I just suffered through it, and couldn't wait until that part was done. Today, I braced myself when the fancy gel cream was slathered on my shins, and when the massage started, there was no pain...nothing, no pins and needles, no nerve burn, it just felt nice, like how I imagined it's suppose to feel. Since the start of Tirz, I've noticed a huge decrease in my neuropathy feet and leg pain along with a massive decrease in swelling. Today was truly miraculous. Another win for Tirzepatide!

I had Blueberry Cheesecake for Breakfast and I loved every bite!

Let me explain. It was a serving of Oikos Triple Zero Greek Vanilla Yogurt, 2 Tablespoons of Jello Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix (I mixed up the serving yesterday and let it sit in the fridge so everything became well acquainted) and Fresh Blueberries on top. Oh, and I can't forget to mention my French Vanilla Proffee.

Tomorrow's breakfast is Banana Cream Pie. I love torturing my SIL by telling her I eat dessert for breakfast and still lose weight. It drives her crazy.

Only a Little Huffing and Puffing

This may not be a big deal to all those who crush it at the Gym, but today I was finally able to walk a steady 20 minutes (around the neighborhood) and not have to stop to "rest and catch my breath". It felt so good to just walk at a steady pace and I'm looking forward to attempting an increase in time to 30 min. next week.
