Hello! I just discovered we have a gap under our vanities in the master bathroom where the baseboard meets the bathroom sinks. I assume I should seal this? If so, will caulk work? Should I use putty? What would you recommend?

I am considering my next vehicle as I’m coming from a 06 Toyota Highlander. I work from home, so I don’t have a crazy daily commute I was considering an EV (such as the uncharted — although FWD models are PITA to find in AZ.) but then I was considering an PHEV RAV4 which is a bit like best of both worlds it seems. PHEV seems nice when I don’t want to worry about the limitations for EVs, eg driving a few hours north to see family etc. I’m at a house so I have access to full time charging.
For those of you with the new uncharted, why EV over a PHEV? Curious to hear feedback on what pushed you one direction over the other.
