Has anyone has this issue and fixed it?
So I ordered a jacket last week, was sent quickly and went through the usual journey of sunshine, Avalon etc then ended up in Apollo Bay, marked as inappropriately sorted and went back to Avalon. Then it happened again and went back to Apollo bay. I've realised the postcode is incorrect on the address but everything else is correct. It has now been back and forth between Avalon and Apollo bay 3 times. I rang auspost yesterday, couldn't speak to anyone and they said there's nothing I can do about incorrect details once it's on its way. They sent me a form to fill in, one section said "incorrect address" so I put in the address with the incorrect password and it said "error, the address is incorrect" so I can't even do the form. The company is based in America so no point contacting them to fix it and I genuinely don't know how to sort this out? Any ideas?
