please help, annoying shaking acceleration 2018 acura mdx

hi guys, since last year, i've been having this weird problem with my acura regarding my accelerator. every time i put my foot on the gas like normal, the car begins to jerk, shake or shutter(whatever term sounds right) for 2 seconds and then it goes back to normal. when i try to make a left or right turn, the shaking gets violent, which not only annoys me, but it makes me feel scared if anything is wrong with this car. i have tried changing every dynamic mode, hoping it would make a difference, but to no avail. if i want the car to stop shaking i have to accelerate very slow like tortoise level. it was also taken to the dealership and they said they found nothing wrong with it. is this normal? if not, please help me with any steps to stop the car from shaking so i can accelerate normally. im so tired of having to put my foot super slowly it is geninely becoming irritating and concerning. is this also a behavioral thing? someone i know drives this car too and no shaking happened to them btw. 2018 acura mdx btw. thank you.
