2020 Honda Pilot battery/charging system checked often

Looking at a 2020 Honda Pilot with the 3.5L V6 that is decently well cared for but the Carfax shows some electrical issues. The battery was replaced at 26k miles, then the battery/charging system and electrical system was checked a few hundred miles after that, then the car was sold. New owner had both systems checked every few thousand miles when they bought it in 2021 until they sold it a month ago. Battery was replaced again at 69k miles. Everything else looks good, regular oil changes every 5k-7k miles and timing belt replaced at 111k miles. Currently has 142k miles. Does this just sound like electrical gremlins and should be avoided?

CR-V Oil Burning Problem

2013 Honda CR-V 2.4L 4-Cyl with 214k miles. Burning through oil worse than most Subaru's. I'm adding a quart about every 500 miles. Brought it to the shop and they looked things over. Eventually found the oil filter adapter was cracked. Replaced that, problem persisted. They also did an oil flush, unfortunately it didn't help either.

After the car has been sitting for more than an hour, the startup sounds like what the video shows. The shop stated that's the timing and nothing to worry about. I'm not sure I believe that. Timing chain and associated parts were replaced by the previous owner at 192k. I was recommended by my uncle who was a mechanic for many years to do an oil pressure test, I haven't done that yet.

Any advice on what others think the issue could be is appreciated. Hopefully I provided enough detailed info but let me know if you have any questions! Thank you.
