Neighbor drained pool into street

So, a resident on the street above us drained their above ground pool that was in their garage for 4 hrs and all the garbage and debris and water came down to the street below that resident. As a result, our street below caught all the flowing water, liquor bottles, palm leaves, trash from all their landscaping on the street above, and just trash. Is this legal?

Not my cat

He just walked into my house one day last November. He belongs to a neighbor. He visits every day and takes our morning walk with us (my dog and me) .

Groomer with a decade of experience starting mobile grooming business

Hi everyone! I have been trying to start this for over a year with my husband and the biggest obstacle is obviously the very expensive van. But I asked Ai (I know, I know) for a monthly expense estimate and it is more than my house payment. Is this accurate? How does anyone start a business? We have some clients, but it takes 3-5 years to establish a new business. How are we making it happen?

According to Ai:

Monthly Budget Estimate

For planning purposes, I would budget:

Insurance: $250–$450/month

Fuel: $300–$700/month

Van payment (if financed): $500–$1,500+/month

Grooming supplies: $100–$300/month

So many new mobile groomers in Nevada find themselves spending roughly $1,200–$3,000 per month before paying themselves, depending largely on the van.

"Neighborhood cat" needs rescue

Hi guys! I am semi new to Pittman in Henderson and there has been a cat that has become a "neighborhood " cat, as everyone loves him, but no one wants to keep him inside. I have dogs who have medical issues and do not like cats, and the cat attacks my my dogs as well as a neighbor's cat. I have spoken with someone who previously claimed him, but they refuse to keep him inside. I am recovering from a medical procedure and this morning this cat ran into my house with a live bird and when I tried to take it away from him, he went nuts, the bird cried, flapped, and the cat attacked again and murdered it in my living room. I cried, directed the cat out with difficulty, apologized to the little bird for not being able to save it, put it in a little box, and buried it. I feel awful. I can't do this anymore. It's been months and months of this. It's very hot now too. Can anyone please recommend a rescue I can contact. This cat can be in a house. He just needs rules. He is sweet, but gets on edge because he has to be outside. Thank you in advance.
