Studying for the MRI boards

I recently just got the opportunity to cross train from x-ray into MRI and just wanted to know a good starting point for material to look at to prepare myself for the board exams. I haven’t started in MRI yet probably in around two months I will, but I want to start studying now because I will have to take my board exam within six months of my starting date and I want as much time as possible to study.

It may just be my ego talking, but I got a 96 on my x-ray board exams and I want to see if I can get equal to or higher than that on my MRI board exams. Has anyone gotten higher than a 96 and if so, what materials helped you the absolute most? And how long were you studying before you took the boards?

$150 a decent price for a really good condition Royal Futura?

Seller said it has all its original paperwork, manual, and buyers receipt from 1957. It looks to be in very good condition. Is there anything I should look out for when buying this writer?

Anyone know anything about Underwood Universal’s?

I recently just saw this typewriter on Facebook marketplace, and in the video and the rest of the pictures it looked to be in great working condition and very clean. I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about universal typewriters by Underwood? Is this a good price? Is there anything that I should look out for or test when I’m trying this typewriter out? Thank you.

Does anyone else get inexplicably annoyed at their father for no reason?

Basically the title, but I have no idea why, my father has been the best dad I’ve ever could have asked for. Never hurt me, neglected me, always gave me everything I needed, supported me and everything, helped me through college, helped me immensely financially and literally set me up for an amazing life. But now as I get older I get so annoyed talking to him and being around him. Like when he calls me I get so annoyed and just want the call to be over and when we hangout I get so bored and just wanna go do something else. I will say that I was very spoiled as a kid and even into adulthood. But it makes me upset that I get so annoyed because he has always been there for me and now when we should be spending more time together before he gets much older I’d rather spend less time with him. Does anyone have this same issue or know how I could work on this?

EDIT: I should have added I’m an only child and he was a single parent. Which makes me doubly upset because I only have him and I tend to treat him poorly when he’s done nothing but good for me

Is my maple tree done for?

Like 3/4 of the tree is alive, but nearly half the trunk is exposed like this and it’s been getting worse and worse each year, is there anyway to save it or am I just waiting for it to die?
