So I am a daily face sculptor. I use gua-sha (metal, stone etc) almost everyday. Followed by hand massage. One of my yoga instructors told me about using these contour brushes for dry brushing. While I am not fully aware of its benefits, I am curious to try it.

Has anyone here used these for dry brushing and lymphatic drainage? Are they effective for Indian skin?
