We just had an Oscar system installed in king co wa. There are 6 tank holes plus the drainfield. I assume we will put grass over the drainfield, but how do you discreetly hide the tank covers while still allowing access?
Would also love to hear any experiences maintaining an Oscar system. Given how much we spent on it I'm hoping it doesn't give us any problems for a long time.
Birthday party invites when you have 3+ kids - how do you do it, when only one kid is invited?
Some of these parties are 30-45 min from our house and it's a struggle to plan for one parent to watch the other 3 and a parent to take the invited child by themselves.
Usually I just decline unless they're a close friend. Sometimes I ask if siblings are welcome and I offer to pay separately to bring at least one sibling if it's a venue that caps the number of guests.
Just curious how other parents handle it. I'm sure there isn't one right way. Recently my 5 year old got 3 invites from kids at her Pre-K and I'm trying to figure out how we can make it work.. or if we just decline.
(My kids are 8, 5, 2, newborn for context)
Just got some bloody show and suddenly I am panicked about having another and giving birth even though this baby is very planned and wanted. I think it's just hormones but if this is labor starting I don't want to spend it panicked. I'd love suggestions/pep talks/whatever.
I'll have my toddler with me all morning so any suggestions should be toddler friendly 😆
