I just finished writing mine and uh, some of the dialogues look pretty weird lol

(assuming the story is in modern day) do you guys like, make up fictional ones? im trying to make a news station but im torn between using an actual company or a fictional namea

“Hey, making this post for a warning. This random salaryman in a black coat was standing behind the crowd like that, lol. What is he planning? Haa? (╯•﹏•╰) Looks ominous. Source is from Ichiban news network”

this was a scene where my protagonist was looking at a blog post. Ichiban is just a fictional news network lol

sometimes when im writing (this is a draft story) i always think of that for some reason, even if im not really gonna publish the novel/novella

for reference, this is what my monologue looks like:

I got up and closed the glass door that led to the balcony. There, I saw a guy in all black, running across the street. Not long after, 3 cops were chasing after him. Those cops kept yelling “HEY! COME BACK HERE!” Whilst the people nearby stopped to look at the commotion.

Eh, none of my business. I thought to myself. I closed back the door and the curtains and prepared to put my stuff down from my suitcase. Aside from that Katana, I pulled out my clothes and my laptop. Placing the laptop in the clean wooden desk, similar to the one from home. I sorted out all my clothes and put them in the wardrobe.

I'm new to fingerboarding and i can already do an ollie, but people tell me a tech deck is worse than a wooden fingerboard. so i wanna buy one

also im in indonesia if that helps, not in the us
