New Knife Day

New knife day, petty edition! Takeshi Saji 135 mm strix petty. Was between this and a chromax shibata. Decided to go with the saji since I have a boss nakiri & gyuto chromax and a friend (my knife sensei) on here helped with the decision as usual.

New Knife Day

New knife day kind of. After I went to sharpen my mom and dad's knives the other day.I found out they used old dull serrated knives and old ass steak knives. Decided to get them a masutani tsuchime gyuto 180 mm v-1 gold. Also got them a larchwood cutting board to go with the knife. Hopefully they like and will learn the joy of a sharp knife. Not gonna lie I kind of liked the way it felt in hand.

I am looking to sell my Shiro Kamo super aogami 210 mm gyuto & nakiri 165 mm. Both bought from cutlery & more last August, both smoked oak handle, have been sharpened twice. I am asking for $210 for the gyuto and $180 for the nikiri, price includes shipping or $370 for both.
