Stuck at backflip progression

Hey there,

so i have been learning the backflip for 5 weeks. And I'm stuck. My main drills were the tuck jump and the one armed back handspring(sideways over one shoulder).

I have been going to the trampolin park 3 times with no progression. I'm unable to go over my back. it's easy for me to fall on my back and back up, but impossible to fall on my back and rotate over.

I'm confident that I am physically able to, but I can't fucking bring myself to do it.

And it's frustrating as hell. It should have been my first trick but I can't find a spotter and there are no tricking gyms near me.

Maybe anyone has been in a similar position or anybody has a trick.

I also tried to go for the swing gainer but my progression stopped as soon as I should go over my back.

Thanks.

Tips for simulating and modulating Beard growth

Hey everyone,

I'm 18, and I know my beard follicles probably aren't fully developed yet. That said, I'd like to see if there's anything I can do to encourage or improve beard growth.

Has anyone here tried using minoxidil for beard growth? If so, what were your results? Are there any other methods that actually work?

insomnia quick fix that changed my life

Hey, I'm 18 and have struggled with sleep for as long as I can remember. The usual advice (no phone before bed, melatonin up to 5mg, doxylamine up to 50mg, cold room, shower before bed) barely helped. Doxylamine knocked me out but the sleep quality was poor.

The last 4 weeks were especially rough. some financial setbacks hit me hard, and I couldn't get past 5 hours a night. It wore me down a lot.

What actually made a difference: walking alone at night. I know plenty of people have tried this, but for me it did more than any sleep routine or supplement.

I started 3 nights ago, 11pm, 30 minutes. Just me and my thoughts, reflecting, just existing. It didn't feel different walking into it I'd been exhausted for weeks. but it's what let me actually sleep. I'm at 8 hours a night now and I can't fully explain why it works so well.

My theory: we've lost touch with our natural rhythm. Most of us are on our phones constantly, so the body never gets the cues that say "it's nighttime, wind down." Four things seem to matter:

No phone

Exposure to natural darkness

Mild movement

Reflection

One pattern I noticed that's really common: can't sleep → lying awake → getting stressed → can't sleep even more. My fix: instead of lying there, get up and go outside. For me that's been 2-3 times some nights, but the calm afterward makes falling asleep way easier.

I hope that there's at least one person that I've helped.

Thanks for your attention.

lost everything i Had(Male/18)

I started working at 13, distributing newspapers. I've been trading for a few months now, mostly CFDs. But one gold trade I forgot to set a stop-loss. I opened my portfolio and got a shock. I was down 230%, with a margin level of 90%. 5k€ gone of which 1.5k€ I made from trading.

It was not that bad until the NFP release came. I thought 'itll come back up'. hell naw. Yea now I have almost nothing left. it fucked up my sleep and my school grades because I could not apologize to myself what happened.

Yea newbies im telling you: 3 months with good profits do not make you profitable, they make you vulnerable.

cheat gainer progression

What's the progression for the cheat gainer?

I chose it as my first trick. I am able to perform the J kick and land on my kicking leg, yet it doesn't look like it should. I will post an update.

Thanks.

I'm trying to learn a backflip at the moment as my first trick. Would you say that a backflip is easier or harder than most people assume? Is a normal backflip considered easier than a wallflip? And how long did it take u to get it?

Thank you so much!
