🚀 Pace by Athlytic App Update - version 1.4.7: Breathing Disturbance Trends, Smarter Health Alerts, Faster Loading, and More

Just a reminder, this update is on a 7-day phased release schedule, though you can download it immediately from the App Store if you do not want to wait!

What’s New

  • Breathing Disturbance trends: View 60-day, 6-month, and 1-year charts with Apple’s elevated threshold marked, making it easier to see whether your nights are trending better or worse.
  • Improved Health Assistant: The Apple Intelligence-powered Health Assistant now provides better answers about your health data.
  • Health Patterns improvements: Additional refinements have been made throughout Health Patterns.
  • Faster loading: Several areas of the app should now load more quickly.
  • All-new onboarding: Includes an example Daily Health Summary and clearer previews of what Pace Premium unlocks.
  • Better Apple Health guidance: If Pace isn’t receiving data, the app now shows the exact path to check access.
  • Don’t track sleep option: You can now tell Pace that you don’t track sleep and change this later in Settings.
  • Redesigned subscription screens
  • Improved Dynamic Type and VoiceOver support

Bug Fixes and Improvements

  • Sleeping Heart Rate: The 6-month and 1-year charts now use your actual sleep sessions. Awake time and workouts will no longer inflate nightly averages.
  • Cardio Fitness: Decline alerts are now based on your personal normal range, so one easier run is less likely to trigger a false alert.
  • Smarter notifications: When HRV or resting heart rate changes after a workout, Pace can identify it as likely workout recovery instead of presenting it as a general health alert.
  • New-pattern indicator: A blue dot now appears when there’s a Health Pattern you haven’t viewed and clears after you open the section.

As always, Pace processes your health data privately on your iPhone. Let us know what you think or if you run into any issues.

Thank you!

Bug Fixes:

  • For those running iOS 27 betas, fixed an issue with steps data. It's actually an Apple bug but came up with a work around and filed a Feedback for Apple to hopefully fix before iOS 27 is officially released. (Note this is just a temporary fix until Apple fixes it on their end, because of this steps data might not look exactly as it does in Apple Health until they fix it).
  • Stress watch complication: Fixed the watch complication going stale or disappearing from the watch face. It now always displays, even before your first reading of the day.
  • Steps widget: Fixed the watch Steps widget not updating on iOS 27 beta.
  • Body Composition chart: Lean mass and body fat now get their own auto-scaled charts, so your changes are actually visible instead of flattened on a 0–100 scale.
  • Battery: Optimized background work scheduling to reduce battery use.

🚀 Athlytic 26.5 Release Notes - It's a BIG One! 🎉

Athlytic 26.5

🚀Athlytic 26.5 is here with customizable workout planning, a refreshed overall design, a new Weekly Energy widget, a daily Steps chart, and much more!

Just a reminder, this update is on a 7-day phased release schedule, though you can download it immediately from the App Store if you do not want to wait!

Today tab

🏃‍♂️ Workout Suggestion Customization

You can now fine-tune the Workout Suggestions on the Exertion screen based on how you want to train today.

Tap **Customize** on any suggestion to adjust the:

- Intensity

- Duration

- Workout type

Your projected Exertion updates live as you make changes, helping you land squarely within your Target Exertion range.

You can also plan up to **three workouts per day**. Projected Exertion stacks across all of them, making it easy to plan split sessions or pair strength training with cardio.

Planned and completed workouts will now be referenced on the Today screen as well.

Workout Suggestion Customization

🔥 Weekly Energy Widget for iPhone

See your last seven days of calories burned and consumed side by side, right on your Home Screen.

Daily bars make deficits and surpluses easy to spot, while a clear weekly net total appears at the top. The widget is available in both medium and large sizes.

👣 Daily Steps Chart

The Steps screen now opens with a daily chart that breaks down your steps hour by hour, so you can see exactly when you were active.

It also compares your progress with your usual pace for that day of the week, showing whether you’re on pace, ahead, or behind at the current time. It’s a quick way to know whether you’re on track to hit your goal—or should squeeze in a walk before the day is over.

Steps

✨ Improvements

- Refreshed the overall design throughout Athlytic.

- **Ask Athlytic using Apple Intelligence** has been significantly improved. Other Apple Intelligence features, including Journal and Workout Insights, should be improved as well.

- Added a new Apple Watch setting that lets you disable the haptic alert when completing a mile or kilometer during runs and walks.

- Improved support for the largest accessibility Dynamic Type sizes. Please let me know if you find any screens that still aren’t rendering correctly.

- Added **Hume** as a supported sleep tracker.

- Heart Rate Recovery now excludes periods during both manual and automatic workout pauses.

🛠️ Bug Fixes

- Improved the accuracy of weekly Zone 2 and Zone 4+ minutes in Athlytic Age—and removed the Beta tag.

- Fixed an issue that could cause Stress Notifications to appear immediately after a workout ended but before it was saved to Apple Health.

- Fixed Workout Comparison on the Progress tab not respecting the kilojoules preference.

- Attempted to fix a crash affecting users who tapped Info Cards while their iPhone was set to a language other than English. Please let us know if this still happens after updating.

- And finally…I don’t know if it was just me, but while waiting for a workout’s data to load, the Heart Rate card would always appear shrunken for a split second. Well, this nightmare is finally over! 😄

- Plus a few other minor fixes and optimizations.

iOS App Install campaigns and integrating SKAdNetwork

Hi! I'm running iOS App Install campaigns and integrating SKAdNetwork directly (no MMP). Could you provide:

  1. Reddit's SKAdNetworkIdentifier — the exact xxxxxxxxxx.skadnetwork value I need to add to my app's Info.plist under SKAdNetworkItems so Reddit installs attribute. (Your setup article doesn't list it.)

  2. Any additional SKAdNetwork IDs I should include if Reddit serves through partner networks.

  3. Since I'm going direct without an MMP: the conversion-value mapping / postback details - where Reddit expects SKAN postbacks, and your accepted post-install event → conversion-value scheme.
