Recently my Fiance old account popped up. Out of curiosity I sent a message. Several hours later I went back to check and it says “This user must follow you in order to send them messages” not exactly but close. And now, every so often it’s allowing me to send them and then won’t. Is this a bug or what?

Just need some assistance obtaining 5 Bastion Cells to upgrade workbench
