Made for people that appreciate unique and creative decks - years of hand-drawing artwork and testing foil techniques, the playing cards are hidden in a narrative adventure. The cards puzzle together into a winding tapestry. And the tapestries interact to create an original board game inspired by Edo-period Japan and telling the story of a field mouse trying to rebuild his farmstead.

As with all my projects, it will be used in part to support animal welfare activities and our first stretch will help us build a ‘Bee Inn’ with a Japanese NPO.
