Issues with acceleration

I have a 2017 Chevrolet Malibu with 134,130 miles. As shown in the video I can push the gas pedal all the way down, it takes a few seconds to take off. The vehicle moves just a little bit and it takes the rpm and mph to catch up to each other and then the car drives like normal. The service stabilitrak light comes on periodically for a few seconds with the check engine light flashing. What could be the issue?

Filing chapter 7 and surrendering a vehicle financed through Westlake.

So I’m in the process of getting information from different attorneys about filing chapter 7. Will be going through with the process in a few months. Have to get the fees together to file. Which brings me to the reason why I’m here. I have a vehicle financed through Westlake Financial. I will be surrendering because I’m crazy upside down and it’s going to breakdown way before I’m done paying. With that being said, what’s the timeframe that Westlake will come get the car. Do they move quick or just wait until the chapter 7 is discharged? It’s my only car so I’ll need to get funds together to get another car. So I’m not sure if I should file soon or wait until I get my tax refund so I can get another car. TIA!
