Been thinking about opening a café sometime in the future and I’m curious how all this stuff works in Pakistan.
Like:
where do cafés actually buy their coffee beans from?
where do they get those expensive espresso machines/grinders?
do they import them or buy locally?
how much does a proper setup usually cost?
where do cafés find/train baristas?
who supplies syrups, cups, packaging etc?
Would love advice from anyone who owns a café, works in one, or knows the coffee scene in Pakistan.
