White Westinghouse Continental Oven making a buzzing sound (read body)

My white Westinghouse oven keeps making a buzzing sound that seems to be coming from where the dials are. The buzzing doesn’t have a set time it lasts. It can be a second about 15. Not usually longer. It sounds like someone trying to be buzzed in at an apartment. Anyone have any idea what might be wrong or how to figure out what’s wrong?

I don’t know what year it is, I didn’t buy it I just inherited it. There’s a model and serial number included in the last image.

Attempted breaches on multiple sites

Over the course of the last two months many accounts of mine, seemingly without any connection had login attempts or login codes sent. As far as I can tell no one is in my email address to see those codes, but it’s distressing nonetheless. There’s been attempts on Facebook, patreon, Microsoft and discord. They don’t share the same password but do share the same email. Should I be concerned? Are there any measures I can take to better protect myself?
