Can I break a lease? Please read!!

Ive been renting a townhouse for almost 9 months. Its been nothing but ongoing issues ever since from the day we moved in. We moved in Dec 1st. The dryer did not work. It took the technicians my landlord hired a month to fix it.
The tap under the sink leaked pretty significantly for months. Instead of hiring a plumber, he came in to fix it himself which he did incorrectly multiple times. Multiple no shows with 0 communication and multiple days of him coming and not fixing it correctly. Took almost 4 months.
Our fridge broke.. rotted all our food. Had to keep food in coolers for over 3 weeks. Then had to buy a fridge and put it in our garage because the lack of competency.
Now our washer/dryer is broken again. It stained a ton of our clothes. Ruined all my daughters clothing she got from her birthday. I informed him june 23rd of the issue. He stated he was coming on 2 occasions. Didnt show up and 0 communication to state that. Finally came on july 12th.. ran some washer cleaner in there....didnt work. He talked to a technician - who said he knew the issue and "ordered a part" july 27th i asked whats going on because I hadn't heard anything. Apparently the part came in but was broken so a new one was in transit... the ventilation was a complete fire hazard...the tech was suprised it didnt catch fire. I was still using the washer sometimes for towels because I didnt care if they got stained. Did a load last night with my mattress cover - the whole floor soaked in water...my 3 year old fell in it.. and my cover was ripped and ruined. Tech came today, fixed the dryer hose, said theres still no ETA on the part. I should also note - one of my dresses ripped in the washer after it getting stuck at the bottom of the drum... when i pulled it, a metal object came out flying - turns out it was a steel nail drummel for like doing fake nails..... ive never ever done that in my life so obviously previous tenants. Also when the technician pulled the front of the washer off... there was a pound of clothing in between the front of the washer and the washer drum. None of which were ours....underwear, socks, shirts..... sent to my landloed who responded "lol" he thought it was funny. Its clear the washer has been not working properly for a LONG time..
Ive spent over $100 at the laundromat. I cant drive for 6 months due to a seizure so either after my husbands done his 11 hr work day we are either at the laundromat or spending a weekend day there, once a week. Plus replacing all the damaged clothes.. not to mention they stained the wood floors before we moved in and didnt seal it correctly... which ruined my daughters clothes when she was crawling on the floor... i told him.. his solution - "get indoor crocs" ....
I finally asked him for an alternative solution as 3 months out of the almost 9 living here with no working laundry is ludicrous when im paying 2600/month - plus utilities... he stated he would pay for the laundromat expenses as long as i had a reciept (not sure how to get receipts from a washing machine that takes coins) and refuses to cover costs of clothing and said the mattress cover shouldnt have been washed in the washing machine so he wouldnt cover that...
Im so beyond frustrated and quite frankly, id love to end my lease early (Dec 1 2025-dec 1 2026) and find a new place where im not constantly stressing. I have also had to ask for rent reciepts every month... and even had to go as far as asking for the water bill some months or else he would send it with 2 days left until the due date.
No where in my lease states that I cannot break the lease... but im unsure of how I could do it. Can he tell me I cant if I filed an N11?
