Two flowers starting...

I have two flowers growing on my aglaonema! It's a fairly new, to me, plant so I was going to let the first flower grow just to experience it. But now I think I see the beginnings of another one growing, should I do an experiment and try to pollinate and let it go to seed?? Is it worth it?

Give me tips and tricks if the answer is yes!

ETA: this isn't about whether or not I should cut them, but more if anyone has tried pollinating them to produce seeds?

Is this normal?

I rescued this variegated fiddle leaf fig and everything is new to me! (Ignore the crispy-ness, it was like that when I got it). When I bought it, it already had a new leaf pushing out then shortly after, she pushed out another one. This is the first new leaf that I feel like I can take credit for!

I hadn't noticed this with the other leaves, but is it normal for the new leaf to be wrapped around a sheath on the inside? Or is that brown tip/brown spotted area not a sheath and actually something else?

Really here to learn... Overall she seems pretty happy 😊
