Anybody have a good recommendation to do a full interior detail on a car in the Medford/Somerville area? I drive a Grand Cherokee and was wondering what this would run me for cost as well.
Currently in a LMM PE seat making ~$225K-$250K as an experienced Associate. Considering making the move over to a PE consulting seat where cash comp would be ramped to $250K-$300K, with faster cash ramp with potential title progression.
After a couple of years in PE, wondering if this switch to consulting is the right move. Having more predictable cash comp and faster title progression is appealing versus the 10+ year “lottery ticket” upside of carry that may or may not materialize but just don’t know if stepping off the “investor track” is the right decision. Anyone else done a similar move or have any opinions on this? Appreciate the help
I have a non-compete (1 year, pretty broad language around competing firms) that has made me a bit uncomfortable in terms of recruiting and how that could potentially affect carry vesting were I to go to a different firm.
Know non-competes are pretty common in the HF world but what have people seen in PE?
