How are you guys managing toilet breaks?

When you have hundreds of CVs to sift through for every job!

I've been thinking about a new tool for recruiters to speed things along. I've never done recruitment, in fact only found out it exists today, but I'm perfect to make a difference and be number 1 in the sector. I would settle for number 2.

It's got a bit of a pain point, but what are your pain points?

Need some advice on CRMs

I'm probably going to regret this and get spammed but here goes.

I'm looking for a new CRM for around 100 users across several companies, bit of a project as one of the more tech savvy directors.

We are currently using several different CRMs, such as JobAdder and FireFish.

Key considerations are that we want:

Simple to use

Works well for temp and permanent

Makes compliance and admin easier

Reports to finance and back office well

AI features that are actually useful, such as being able to use natural language to query the database of candidates

So... what do people recommend? I'd most like to hear from other recruiters.

Attempt at singing "The Patient" by Tool

Tool are my favourite band in the world and I would love to sing like Maynard one day. Even if it takes me 10 years to even get a quarter of the way.

Posting for feedback, what sounds good/bad, anyone out there who can help me?
