Need Help understanding Sterling Ink Planner Types

The Comparison Guide on the website shows that Common, Core, and Complete are all 3 different planner types. But the "Academic" planner is not on the comparison guide, but it appears all planners are now the "Academic" version, as looking at Complete planners The Description for all planner is ".... Academic Complete Full Year Common Planner...." and when looking at Common planners the Description is "...Academic Planner Full year Common Planner...." Core looks like it might be discontinued.
I also don't understand the Daily weekly and monthly Dated Inserts. are those extra upgrade charges because more printing is involved but the inserts come as part of the planner you ordered. or are they just loose dated pages for use on the side?

It is so frustrating because I have been looking for Paper Planner for years and never found anything I liked (I don't need a Data management system or a second brain) All I wanted was a clean minimal (but well designed) Planner to keep track Dates and events.
But It seems very difficult to tell if there are in fact different products, and if there are it seems impossible to know what planner you are ordering.

How can the IRS threaten to seize property but refuse to provide an explanation as to why or what math they are using to come up with a total.

I received several cp504 intent to levy notices last year, one of which is an error and has been paid already. the transcript even shows all payments were made for that year, but the IRS refuses to accept that there is an error or even look at the transcript. the other cp504 intent to levy notices I received I am pretty sure I owe, but after calling the IRS at least 5 times, I contacted the taxpayer advocacy service 3 times and even went in person once, I then contacted the Central insolvency organizatio/departmen 4times. and so far no one has been able to explain how they reached a total amount due on any of the notices threatening to levy if I don’t pay. (I’m set up on a payment plan now) I have even tried asking my congressional rep for a written accounting of what the IRS says I Owe and after a month he just referred me back to the CIO.

how is this legal is the taxpayer bill of rights just marketing tool and not real a bill of rights.
