What Is This Piece?

Yesterday my hot end jammed. It was seemed like it was actually stuck to the extruder, and I've never seen it get jammed that bad before. When I was trying to free it this piece popped off of the top of the hot end. It looks like the plastic broke, as I'm not able to just pop it back on.

I've tried printing again without it, but the filament is feeding outside of the hot end, so I guess this is piece helps guide the filament into the nozzle? At any rate how do I go about fixing this? do I need to order just this part, or does my extruder need to be replaced? Thanks for the help!

Consistent Sewer Backup

Every 4 to 6 months we're greeted with this mess in our basement laundry room/half bath. We've had it "scoped" 4 times, and after each instance we're told they've identified the problem, and we should be good to go, only to have it return in 4 to 6 months.

The last time they used a boring machine to smooth out the old pipes which is supposed to improve water flow. That wasn't an inexpensive service! What else can we try?!

DEX Not Available On My Tab S9 Ultra

There used to be a dedicated DEX button on my S9 Ultra, but no I only see a DEX Wireless option. Is there a way to enable DEX without an external monitor?

I just got my POD, and I'm using it with my Xreal One glasses. When I'm watching YouTube videos the screen keeps going dark, but the audio keeps playing. I have to press the power button then re-enter my password/fingerprint to get the picture to come back. Is there a setting I'm missing?
