Odd Question: Variations on the name "Kekoe"

Hi there! I'm taking an absolute shot in the dark here so I apologize if this is the wrong place.

I have been doing some family history research and discovered my great-grandfather's name: "M. Kekoe Ingvald". I have no idea if that "M." is supposed to be for Mr. or Monsieur or something or short for his given name which he didn't go by.

I cannot find anything about the name Kekoe except for a native Hawaiian name (I'm from Canada so not that). My only other thought was that Ingvald is a Nordic name and so maybe his name was spelt wrong? Is there another way to spell the name "Kekoe" or something? This would help me immensely as I cannot find anything on the name Kekoe and Ingvald gives me people with that as their given name.

Thank you for your time.

EDIT:

I found him thanks to the genius insight provided by u/Julehus here!

Some ideas for some Practitioners

I've been chewing on some ideas and wanted to have a discussion. Here they are and let me know your thoughts on how they would be a practitioner. I've only read Pact, and I read it years ago, so there may very well be characters who do this already.

Implement concept: a cast iron frying pan passed down for generations. Each owner has seasoned it, adding bits and pieces of oil and seasoning to it. You get the pan when you come of age and are the first in your line to use it as an implement.

Demesne concept: a natural history museum. Perhaps the practitioner has worked hard in mundane learning to achieve understanding of biology and paleontology. They become the head of a natural history museum and stake it as their own. How would the magic interact as they wish to keep the museum open and functioning? Would it become a space for others and the mundane to share or would one overtake the other?

Implement concept: A leather jacket made of human skin. The practitioner killed some foes and turned their skins to leather. When they defeat another person, mundane or practitioner, they take something from them (hair, blood, skin, etc.) and makes that into a patch. Their jacket is covered in handsewn patches displaying their victories.

Do any of you here recognize this patch design? I got it in Southern Alberta, Canada. I've never seen it before!

Alberta reveals the Passenger Rail Master Plan

From the website:

>30-Year Network

>The Passenger Rail Master Plan identifies a feasible 30-Year Network with connections that could generate the greatest benefits for Alberta over 30 years, including:

>high-speed (up to 320 km/h) regional service between Edmonton and Calgary via Red Deer with more than one train an hour
higher-speed (more than 160 km/h) regional service between Calgary and Banff with up to one train an hour
frequent airport-express and commuter rail service, including all-day service every 20 minutes for Calgary International Airport, Airdrie, Edmonton International Airport and St. Albert, and commuter-peak services for other connections

>The proposed 30-Year Network aligns with Alberta’s objectives of attracting riders by providing high-speed, frequent, reliable and comfortable services to key destinations to connect to jobs and services, and support tourism.

>The proposed network includes more than 500 km of passenger rail corridors and seeks to make the best use of infrastructure by accommodating regional and commuter rail services on the same infrastructure in Calgary and Edmonton.

Not my art!

This was made by the lovely Katie Tiedrich. She prefers people not directly link to her website so it doesn't crash from too much traffic. You can read it on her website here.
