i am trying to help my kid and his friends find a dorm for 3 people. any suggestions? baka vacant pa :)

my kid passed in these schools. is there a clear choice if he wants to pursue medicine? what are the strengths and weaknesses of the course/school? what jobs can he do if he decides to stop and not pursue medicine? TIA!

i need some tips on how to start that process.
