I have a couple of home improvement purchases to make and looking at all the credit cards nowadays is making my eyes spin. What's a good simple one to move beyond just the chase freedom unlimited and a few of the default 3x cashback cards?
I found a 2 bed 2 bath that’s technically an RSO because it’s a replacement unit and I checked on zimas.
The apartment itself was built in 2015 and the rent 10-20% under market rate.
The neighborhood is more residential and quiet bordering westlake but I’d say it’s right where ktown starts. Not to doxx myself but nearby tucha the dessert cafe.
I’ve done so much research for this place but I’m trying to figure out if there’s any other catch.
It’s not TOO good to be true and I’m still paying a fair bit for rent 2500, but it comes with two indoor garage parking spots.
Everything seems fine so I’m asking what’s something I may have missed?
