What do you put on crackers?

Where I live people just eat crackers with cheese and lunch meat, or peanut butter. I'm wondering what people in different Latin American countries do because when I visited some they would eat them with butter, jam, cream cheese, sardines, all kinds of stuff I wasn't used to. I'm curious!

Edit: I could read these comments all day! Love you guys. I'm about to buy some more ducales and try some of these out.

Best way I've ever eaten chicken soup

I don't have any pics but I'll try to post some tomorrow. Here's what you do. Make a basic chicken soup; put like a chicken quarter with the bones and skin in a pot with carrots, celery, an onion, pepper, salt to taste. Boil it for a couple hours. Take the skin and bone off the cooked chicken and toss it, put the chicken in pieces back in the soup. Or make it the way you like. My note is mostly about serving it.

When you put some in a bowl, add a lot of lemon juice, a little dill, and those packaged salad croutons on top.

It tastes so amazing. The croutons are so much more flavorful than other starch editions like crackers or pasta or rice. The fact that they remain crunchy while in the soup is a game changer for me.

Somewhat stubborn yeast infection...what to do?

I don't have any health insurance right now, but I did get what looks to me like a yeast infection after doing two dance classes back to back on Wednesday. On Thursday I took 150 fluconozole which usually works and on Saturday I took another 150 fluconozole because it hadn't cleared up yet.

Now it's Sunday. It feels slightly better but hurts instead of itching. I still have some white discharge though and usually by now it's gone.

My options are:

  1. Do nothing. Wait a few more days to see if it worked. The medicine does say it takes a few days to work. Kind of vague but

  2. Start treatment for terconozole seven day pack. Different antifungal sometimes prescribed in conjunction with fluconozole for stubborn yeast infections.

  3. Put a boric acid suppository in. This treats both BV and yeast infections in the event that I'm wrong about my own diagnosis. This can cause burning and irritation though. So I'm afraid to use it.

  4. Use both terconozole AND boric acid together...yolo?

  5. Spring for the hundreds of dollars it will be to go to an urgent care for them to possibly say yes you have a yeast infection and you already took,/have the meds we would have given you.

Edit: it's a little more complicated than that it turns out. Because yogurt was also an option. So my current choice is applying yogurt with the terconozole syringe applicator, until my vagina isn't as irritated anymore. Then if I still have discharge use boric acid in the event that It could be BV as well as a yeast infection. I'll let you all know what happens from that.
