Flow 2 Cleaning Solution Message

Noticed a bit of a quirk with my Flow 2 dock and trying to determine if I am just doing something wrong… after a few weeks of using it, I got the alert in the app to refill the detergent tank. Took it out and it was indeed empty, so refilled it with the Narwal cleaning solution. But I’ve noticed the app is still giving me the alert that the detergent should be refilled. I do believe it is using the soap properly, but just can’t figure out how to trigger the alert to turn off. Any suggestions?

I am currently using ES-DE on my Retroid Pocket 6... everything is working great but I have two questions, both related to the use of "custom systems".

When I first set up my RP6, I used the internal storage for Switch roms, and an SD card for all other systems. I set the SD roms folder as my default and then used a custom es_systems.xml to point to the internal storage for Switch. This is working perfectly.

I'm now at the point where I want to store Switch games across 2 folders - the existing one on my internal and also a secondary folder on the SD card. I recognize there is currently no way to directly set up two paths for one system in ES-DE, so instead I am setting up a second "Nintendo Switch SD" console (meaning ES-DE will show two separate Switch systems on the main menu, which as a workaround I am ok with).

Question 1: When I sort by <Manufacturer, HW Type, Rel Year>, the secondary Switch system is showing up sorted with Nintendo systems, but at the end of the portables (not with the console Nintendo systems). So instead of having two Nintendo Switch entries next to each other, I have the original one properly sorted with the Nintendo consoles, and then the SD version sorting after Nintendo 3DS. Beyond doing a full custom sorting list, is there an easy way to trigger ES-DE to "recognize" both Nintendo Switch menu entries as console systems?

Question 2: Is there any way to customize the default image/naming used for the second Nintendo Switch menu entry? So basically instead of using the stock name/image, I would create my own that looks similar but maybe says "SD" on it?
