Day 2 - one nostril quitting
On day 2 of using decongestant on just one nostril & my airways have just randomly fully opened. I am sat in disbelief and enjoying being able to breathe even if it only lasts minutes! I am also using corticosteroid spray once daily. 20+ years of this nonsense, I am so hopeful I’ll be able to quit.

Excited to cook tacos & one pot Mexican chicken & rice this week, the ingredients can be seen in pics!
Snacks will last us a looong time. Mangoes mysteriously disappear in 2 days 🤪
