Temporarily Excluded from BTU-Cottbus (Help)
Hi guys, I just got an email from BTU-Cottbus.
I applied for Msc. Biotech, my request status still shows- In progress but i've been Temporarily excluded from the admission process.

Is there a possibility i can raise this? Because in my opinion i've uploaded everything correctly. Should i email them?
Has anyone faced the same? If yes, what did you do.
Any input would be appreciated, Thanks!!
My overall average german grade is - 1.5.
