If your images came out blurred, then demand full marks for those questions in re-evaluation.

Like, when you submit your copy for re-evaluation, there will most probably be a box where you have to write why you think you deserve marks there.

In that box, write: “I wrote the same exact answer from the marking scheme” and then give a rough idea of your answer.

Then the person checking it probably won’t fully understand whether the answer is actually right or wrong because the answer itself is blurred..😭

So most probably they’ll have to give marks.

Indian press is busy sucking off bjp so this is the only thing left to do. WE NEED TO START CONTACTING INTERNATIONAL MEDIA HOUSES. DM EVERY INTERNATIONAL MEDIA HOUSE ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM. EMAIL EVERYONE. Start messaging them and explain the situation along with photos and screenshots to them. give them the entire story so that they don't have an excuse to delay it. CBSE CANNOT STOP US FROM EXERCISING OUR RIGHTS AND IF OUR OWN MEIDA HOUSES WONT HELP US WE DINT HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION LEFT. THIS WILL EMBARRASS CBSE INTO FINALLY FIXING THIS THE WAY IT SHOULD'VE BEEN IN THE FIRST PLACE. I'm linking a few reddit posts in the comments which you can cite to them. it would mean a lot of you guys tell your stories and how the entire indian education system has failed us. GUYS we can't say for grace marks as first reason they will not give it and second reason some undeserving people will get it so its better to ask for improvement in 2 subjects this will benefit everyone those who got RT in 3 subjects can give 2 subjects and can get pass....and jinko improve krna hai they can improve.

A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) is being prepared before the Supreme Court of India against Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) over the widespread failure of of the the CBSE re-evaluation portal and lack of transparency.

For days, students across the country have been unable to properly access the re-evaluation process due to:

1. broken payment gateways

2. failed submissions

3. login/session errors

4. inaccessible marksheets and documents 5. REPEATED crashes and technical failures

Despite thousands of complaints, the re-evaluation window continues closing while students are left stuck refreshing pages, retrying payments, and losing valuable preparation time for other major entrance exams and admission processes.

This issue affects lakhs of students whose:

• college admissions

• eligibility criteria

• improvement exam decisions

• academic futures

depend on timely access to re-evaluation.

The PIL will seek directions regarding:

1. Immediate extension of the re-evaluation deadline

2. Restoration of a properly functioning portal

3.Alternative mechanisms for submission/ payment

4. Transparency and accountability regarding the technical failures

5. Protection of students from academic loss caused by administrative negligence

We are currently collecting:

1. screenshots/videos of errors

2. timestamps

3. failed payment records

4. student testimonies and support on the matter 5. proof of inaccessible applications/documents

If you or someone you know has been affected, preserve all evidence and share your experience. A national-level academic process cannot be allowed to fail students like this without ACCOUNTABILITY.

NOTE: A Supreme Court advocate has already been notified to handle the matter, and all legal expenses will be borne by us.

First they introduced this whole On Screen Marking (OSM) system and now they are busy marketing only the “good sides” of OSM to hide their own failure.

In the first re-evaluation notice, they even mentioned high fees while also warning that marks can be reduced. Dhaamki kisko deh rahe hai ye log?

And after the protests and backlash they received, they suddenly changed the re-evaluation prices. But dude, what even is this re-evaluation website? Since yesterday it has barely been working.

If a central education board cannot even handle login and registration traffic properly for re-evaluation, then how are students supposed to trust that they handled OSM properly?

Let's just mass tag everyone from foreign leaders like Putin, to BRICS official handle, it's being held at Delhi atm, mass international beizzati would prompt action. We can't sit back and see these institutions screw us, the state media wouldn't listen.

Edit: This is for the ones who cant attend protests, we have to combine our efforts regardless of everyone's marks, paper leaks, website issues, random experiments in the middle of the sessions, no accountability, this is not the nation that's cares for its citizens! We can atleast combine our efforts in online reporting.
