CBSE should be held accountable for the atrocities they have been doing rn, Can't they just give grace marks to everyone or heck maybe even say something regarding the revaluation and scanned copies.

Bro, what the hell is actually going on with CBSE Class 12 evaluation this year?!

A lot of us were confused about how our marks dropped so drastically compared to our expectations. Well, the truth is coming out now. YouTube channels are starting to show proof, and my own friends just got their official photocopies today they are completely BLUR. You literally cannot read a single line.

But guess what? The brilliant examiners still put red tick marks and gave whatever random marks they felt like on those blurry pages.

If the scanner couldn't even capture the text properly, how did the teacher read it? They didn't. They just rushed through the digital screen marking (OSM) to hit their daily targets, and now students are suffering, losing their 75% criteria, and crying over their results.

CBSE collected crores of rupees for this photocopy process just to hand us unreadable PDFs. This is pure negligence.

We need to trend this on Twitter/X and demand grace marks for anyone whose paper was butchered by this trash scanning system. Upvote this so it stays pinned/top of the sub, and let me know if your or your friends' copies are also blurry. Don't let them ruin our future like this.

I'll keep this simple.

The man responsible for CBSE examinations just oversaw one of the most catastrophic result seasons in recent memory. And he's still acting like everything is fine. This is about handling the biggest education board in the country and not blabbering in some random podcast.

Firstly the OSM disaster,CBSE rolled out On-Screen Marking for the first time ever this year at a full scale of 9860000 answer sheets with No proper pilot. Teachers who weren't adequately trained on the system were evaluating your child's future on a screen. Diagrams got cut off in scans. Margin answers disappeared. Step-wise marks weren't awarded.

The outcome was disastrous ,kids who cleared JEE Mains couldn't meet the 75% board eligibility cutoff.That's not a coincidence. That's a broken system.

Pass percentage dropped from 88% to 85% overnight with zero honest explanation from the board.

Secondly after a massive social media outrage they had to lower the costs of re-evaluation but the CBSE opened the re-evaluation portal on May 19th, it crashed almost immediately and Mr. Bhardwaj says it's all fine. They quietly removed the link from their own website. It's already day two of grievance redressal, a notice extending a day for the process and then another pleading for patience till 2:00 P.M and the vibe coded/ AI generated masterpiece of a website is still down. Students are losing days off a tight deadline because CBSE apparently launched a portal that cannot handle the traffic of students applying for revaluation.

This is the digital infrastructure protecting your child's future.

This isn't about statistics,this result broke families. It destroyed confidence of lakhs of kids who genuinely worked hard. It caused serious mental health crises. In some cases, it took lives.

Students are not experimental rats.

You don't get to run a nationwide experiment on 17,68,968 children , watch it fail spectacularly, issue a press conference, cut some fees, and call it accountability

Mr. Bhardwaj stood at that press conference. He acknowledged "small errors are possible at this scale." Small errors. For a system he greenlit without being ready.

That's not a small error. That's a dereliction of duty.

Resign. Own it. Let someone fix what you broke.

CBSE's untrained OSM system tanked results, their re-evaluation portal has been down for 2 days, kids who cracked JEE failed boards, and the Chief Controller of Examinations is offering press statements instead of accountability. He needs to take accountability and go.

This is just disappointing, CBSE should just give up and finish this off. Just how long are they planning to keep this up?

A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) is being prepared before the Supreme Court of India against Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) over the widespread failure of the CBSE re-evaluation portal and lack of transparency.

For days, students across the country have been unable to properly access the re-evaluation process due to:

1. broken payment gateways

2. failed submissions

3. login/session errors

4. inaccessible marksheets and documents

5. REPEATED crashes and technical failures

Despite thousands of complaints, the re-evaluation window continues closing while students are left stuck refreshing pages, retrying payments, and losing valuable preparation time for other major entrance exams and admission processes.

This issue affects lakhs of students whose:

college admissions

eligibility criteria

improvement exam decisions

academic futures

depend on timely access to re-evaluation.

The PIL will seek directions regarding:

1. Immediate extension of the re-evaluation deadline

2. Restoration of a properly functioning portal

3. Alternative mechanisms for submission/payment

4. Transparency and accountability regarding the technical failures

5. Protection of students from academic loss caused by administrative negligence

We are currently collecting:

3. failed payment records

4. student testimonies and support on the matter

5. proof of inaccessible applications/documents
