Have you ever tried kunafa?

Honestly, this is my second post on reddit, and I was so unsure about what to post, until I stumbled upon this old picture of this legendary sweet dish called 'Kunafa', that I took. If you're still wondering what it is, it is a middle Eastern sweet dish, with a super unique texture, amazing taste depending on the filling inside, and a lot of calories. But honestly, the one I tried was the sour cream flavour, and it was super awesome. It felt like a spoon of happiness with ever bite that I took. But I could take at most 3 bites before I was done, but it would be unfair if I didn't say that I did eat it after I took a whole course of dinner. Anyhow, for anyone looking to try something new and savoury, this is 10/10 🔥

I had this totally soaked cinnamon roll in Cairo, also the quality of the cinnamon was TOP tier, it was in the Kempinski Nile hotel. Would appreciate if anyone could give any advice on the recipe.

Need help identifying dish - Qatar

I grew up in Qatar, lived there from 1999 to 2006. While we were there, our absolute favourite food came from this shawarma shop in the souk in Doha, and the pinnacle of it all was this soft, stuffed bread, usually with spinach and or labneh. Since moving back to the UK I have completely failed to find anything like it. It's not Fateyah, Arayes or Mutabbaq. It was served as like a large square or round item, usually in something like a pizza box, with the filling across the whole bottom, and maybe with small pockets of more of the same.

On a similar note, the labneh in bread out there was completely different from anything I've had in the 20 years since coming back. Most labneh I've had in the UK, often from Arabic or miiddle-eastern restaurants/shops, is very yoghurt-like and always served cold, whereas I remember labneh as distinctly creamy and cheese-like, and incredible when warm. Any help?

Saudi food called Mathbi. It is chicken of lamb or goat meat grilled on stone but here he is using bisham fragrant plant for flavor (plant used for miswak).

Veal Tomahawk over woodfire🥩🔥 Tried an epic mix: fire-roasted Moroccan Eggplant Taktouka, juicy Tomahawk steak, roasted potatoes with melting cheese, and crunchy cabbage salad. Wrapped it all in warm Lebanese bread. Traditional flavors meets wild cooking! Highly recommend trying this combo. 🌲
