New dad here — how do you find time for a side hustle?

How do you guys manage to work, commute, eat healthy, exercise, walk the dog, spend time with your kids and wife, do stuff around the house and still get 7–8 hours of sleep?

I genuinely feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day 😂

For those of you with kids and a side hustle: what’s your secret?

Just got back from two amazing weeks in Madagascar

I’ve just returned from a two-week trip around Madagascar and wanted to share some of the photos from the journey. It was an incredible experience. The landscapes, wildlife and variety of places we visited were amazing. 100% recommended!

Some of these photos were taken around the Andasibe area, in the eastern rainforest, others in Isalo National Park, with its spectacular canyons and natural pools, and the last ones around Tulear, where we finished our classic RN7 route.

One thing I would definitely recommend is travelling with a good driver and car. We travelled with Tefy Madagascar, and having him as our driver and guide was a big plus. It made getting around much easier and we also learned a lot about the places and wildlife along the way.

Any questions about the trip, just ask!

20 days in Thailand in June with an 18‑month‑old (from Spain) — relaxed route ideas?

Hey,

My wife and I (from Spain) are starting to plan a 20‑day trip to Thailand for next June. Our baby will be around 18 months old by then. We already went once in 2015, so this time we don’t need to rush through the usual tourist stuff.

What we’re looking for:

  • Nice but not super crowded beaches
  • Some jungle/nature (nothing too crazy, just easy walks with a toddler)
  • A few temples/monuments
  • Small towns where it’s easy to find food, a supermarket, maybe a clinic nearby

We’d like to take it slow: 3–4 nights in each place, no hopping around like crazy. Probably just stick to one side (Andaman or Gulf) and move around there.

We’ve been reading about Koh Lanta, Koh Jum, Koh Mak/Koh Kut, Krabi/Railay, Khao Sok, and maybe Chiang Mai or Kanchanaburi, but not sure what makes most sense in June.

If you had 20 days in June with a little kid, what would you do? Any places you’d avoid because of rain or because they’re too hectic? Any tips for traveling with a toddler in Thailand are also super welcome.

Thanks a lot!

Is a filtered water B2B worth it?

Hey,

I’m in the Canary Islands and thinking about a small B2B business around filtered water systems (dispensers, office fountains, basic reverse osmosis for restaurants/offices), only here in the islands.

I’m not technical at all about water, but I’m good at digital marketing and lead generation (SEO, ads, funnels, CRM), and I’d work with suppliers/technicians for the install and maintenance side. Very low budget, so I’d start super lean.

Do you think this kind of business is usually too saturated, or is there still room for a small, local, marketing‑driven player?

And for someone non‑technical, does it sound realistic if I start very small and keep it simple?

I want to build something, but I can’t find a product to sell

I’m 30, from Tenerife, Spain, and I recently became a dad.

I work in digital marketing and have experience with local SEO, web design, analytics, paid search, email marketing, CRMs, AI, automation and operations.

My problem is that I really want to build something of my own and eventually escape my daily job, but I keep getting stuck at the same point: I don’t know what product or service to sell.

I feel like I have useful skills, but no clear vehicle to apply them to.

For those of you who were in a similar position, how did you find your product/business idea?

Did you start with your skills, a market, a problem, or by partnering with someone who already had a business?

Any advice would be appreciated.

I have marketing skills but no product. What would you do?

I’m a digital marketing specialist with experience in local SEO, web design, Google Ads, analytics, email marketing, CRMs, AI and automation.

My problem is that I don’t have my own product or business to sell.

I’ve been thinking about finding an existing business that already has a product/customers, but is outdated in marketing, tech or systems, and trying to partner with them to grow it.

Has anyone done something like this?

Thanks.

Hi everyone,

I’m thinking about starting a B2B dropshipping business with high-ticket products and have a couple of questions.

For high-value orders, should the invoice be included in the shipment? How is this usually handled? Can suppliers include my invoice instead of theirs? I’d prefer the order to be shipped under my brand only, without the supplier appearing. Is blind or white-label shipping common in these cases?

Also, how do you protect your customer relationships? Since the supplier has access to client data, how do you prevent them from contacting the customer directly later, especially for recurring purchases? Are there standard agreements for this?

Thanks in advance for any advice!
