Cacao 80....

Has anyone else tried Cacao 80 from White2tea? I tried it for the first time this morning and it is completely different from any other shou I have had before. It is exactly like a high percentage cocoa dark chocolate, super bitter and astringent, which I have yet to experience in a shou before. I'm curious how the processing of the tea causes such a result. Also, my girlfriend and I both noticed an immediate heavy cha qi just after 2 cups. I'm not sure I like this one or not, to say it is overwhelmingly unique is an understatement in my opinion. For those that have tried it, What are yalls thoughts?

Storage bins?

I picked up a couple storage bins to seperate my raw puer, shou puer, and white teas. They have a gasket seal on them. Did I mess up? I read after I picked up
the bins that both sheng/shou puer need some airflow. Should I return the bins to the store and get ones without the gasket seal so there is some airflow available to the tea?

Potters/teaware makers?

I am looking for potters and teaware makers that I should check out. I have the most basic set up currently, some of which is from Amazon. I'm not looking for high end or crazy expensive as I am on a budget, but I would like to find makers that make decent pots, gaiwans, waste pots, etc. that are relatively affordable if possible. If any of you also know of any good ones on Instagram I can follow and check out, that would be appreciated. Thanks!

Too pretty to smoke (almost)

Legendary Platinum OG from HCF tossed in CBD Blitz dey shift. I just wanted to show how beautiful this nug is covered in the keef. I have been saving this one a bit, just admiring it and appreciating its natural beauty, but tonight it goes up in smoke!

T3 best effects?

I am curious if any of you know of a readily available type3 strain (indica preferred) that has the best thc effect? I realize that type3 hemp can only have a specified amount of thc in it, but I have also noticed that different strains give me more of a high feeling than others do. I can't smoke type1 because of sensitivity issues, and I can't get type2 in my state at all. So, I need only type3 reccomendations, please. I ask because I have noticed I do enjoy the small high I get from some strains, especially when I smoke more quanity, I'm hoping to find one that really delivers in that way, if possible.

T3 And Tea

I have been enjoying tea for over 10 years now, I love oolong and white tea a lot, but shou puer is easily my favorite. I have been smoking T3 hemp flower for a couple of months now, and am still exploring my favorite strains. Tea gives me opportunity to sit down, relax, and turn off the world around me and just focus on the ritual around it, appreciate the flavors and nuances, think about the histroy and artistry that went into making the tea I am enjoying. Not to mention the relaxing, sometimes euphoric experience I feel in my head and body from the tea itself. T3 hemp flower has been a great help for me in aiding racing thoughts, mild anxiety, and calming tense muscles and raised cortisol levels. I recently began pairing a nice bowl or jay with my tea session, and it is a game changer for me! The combination is deeply relaxing, I feel sedated but alert, my mind is feeling creative, I feel like I could either take a nap or get up and paint and I would be content either way. I think pairing T3 hemp flower with tea is my new favorite thing. BTW, the tea is Smoove Cocoa (a ripe/shou puer) from White2Tea and the flower is Critical Berries from Fields Of Hemp.

Hippie Stank

I recentyly got some Hippie Stank from Holy City farms, I also had it tossed in indica cbd blitz dry shift. I smoked a small amount in a glass bowl the first time I tried it, and the following night I rolled a 1-ish gram cone. On both ocassions I felt very little effects, almost undetectable at all. I still felt the tension in my shoulders and lower back pain that I deal with and felt completely wide awake, lucid, and very aware, which has not been my experience thus far with indica or indica leaning strains from HCF. However, the smell was absolutely incredible! The aroma was deliciously sweet yet musky. The flavor was also sweet, musky, a touch funky, with a touch of mineralistic notes and earth. I was blown away and pleased with the flavor and aroma, I just wish the effects were as positive. I have loved almost every other strain I have tried from HCF, this one just did not do it for me. Maybe I should try it again without the cbd indica dry shift?? Let me know your thoughts and experience with this strain. On a side note, for those that have read this far. Most of what I notice on HCF website, as far as indica goes, it seems to be mostly indica leaning hybrids. Do they ever release a pure indica in T3? Anyway, this post is in no way to hate on a strain or HCF, this is just my experience with this strain so far. HCF is actually my favorite grower/supplier so far in my cannabis T3 journey.

Quidan Da Hong Pao

Picked up some Quidan Da Hong Pao from Ginkgo Tea Life. I love a good oolong, and this one does not disappoint. I have only had one session with it so far, but I already love it. I'm getting notes of roasted nuts, amber honey, and a slight vegetal aftertaste with some nuance of sweetness. I also am experiencing a bit of a "heady" feeling after a few infusions. I paid fifteen bucks for 30g of this tea and absolutely feel it's great for the price.

Primary Jane vape

I asked a question some time back about cbd vape and some recommended Primary Jane CBD vape. I researched their product and was on the website and noticed it is full spectrum. Being a newer person to the game, I am curious if it will get me high at all? Some of the lab reports show a total thc of just over 1%. If anyone has experience with their CBD vapes I'd love to here your experience. I don't mind getting a little high from it, but as someone who is thc sensitive I def don't want to get that racy anxious feeling from something. Thanks

White2Tea order

Just got in my most recent White2Tea order. Some are old favorites, some are new to me that I'm excited to try. I'm especially excited to try the Nwin smoked white tea mini and the Jamrock hybrid raw/ripe mini.

I was browsing Farn Valley's website and noticed they sell cbd carts and cbd disposable vapes. I am curious if any of you have had experience with either one from Fern Valley? I'm looking for insight into the cbd offerings only. Thanks in advanced!

I made a post recently asking about more sedating effects and "couch lock". I also recently got some Bubba Kush from Fern Valley in the mail. Idk if it's because I am already tired from a long shift at work, or if this strain just actually hits that hard...but one small bowl of this one has me glued to my computer chair and feeling like I did when I smoked type 1 back when I was 17. Either way, I'm impressed!

**TYPO IN TITLE...it is NOT HCF, it is FVF

Camphornought is one of my favorite "daily driver" shou puers, it hits all the right notes that I love. What are you guys go to daily driver teas that you reach for?

u/jay28867 — 2 months ago

Idk if I'm getting used to the cbd flower or if I'm not getting the strains I need for what I'm looking for, but I have began to notice little to no sedative effect when I smoke. Anyone have reccomendations for a strain that has a more sedative "couch lock" effect, or is that possible with t3?

I should mention that only HCF, Tweedle, Fern Valley, and FOH will ship to my state, so a strain from one of those farms would be needed.
