THIS IS WHY I SHOULD FOCUS ON ONE THING AT A TIME. Anyways, is this cuneiform "readable"?

I am so sorry I forgot to post the image before. Im a dolt. I guess I cant do laundry and post on reddit at the same time.

Thank you to this subreddit for the reference! Part of the name is missing to look like it is still being unrolled.

Part of a triptych im working on. She is "time," with two other figures for "space" and "infinity." I wasnt sure about adding more cuneiform to the others, but if any one has suggestions for the "space" figure, that would be nice. Maybe "heavens" or "star," etc. I figure the ancients didnt have the same concept of space as we have now. Any more simple cuneiform would be welcomed! I dont want it to overwhelm the other figures.

1st time using textiles for my art. The gold lace ribbon is the "frames" of the triptych. Also new to embroidery, but i think it works with my style. Will be in an invisible frame. Watercolor and color pencil. Image isnt done. I think she needs deeper black details.

My Bodega Sells Valentine's!!!

jk. Sir at the counter was very confused at first when I asked about them and started jumping up and down with glee. He's known me for years and did seem very worried.

I tried to explain to him the best I could. "It's from a show that takes place in the future were the american government is taken over by evil christian men. A girl finds one of these and thinks it is a romantic valentine."

Thankfully his nephew was also in the shop and helped translate. Sir got a good laugh over it. I explained I wont use it/ know what it is for. inshallah he doesnt think I've taken up the crack.

Honestly, it made me a little emotional. Sir and his family are immigrants from Yemen. It struck me that I'm joking about America being taken over by Christian nationalists to a man who's family would be the first to be killed. This is why we keep whistles in our Little Free Library. We shouldn't have to. But these are the times we live in.
