spotting after 6 months on pill

I have been taking slynd for about 6 months because I was getting my period every 2 weeks and the pill was the only thing that stopped that from happening. I have had no side effects or spotting since maybe the first month of taking it. I usually do not take the placebo pills. Then randomly yesterday after using the bathroom I noticed that I was spotting a little bit which is strange and worrying me a lot because I have not spotted or had withdrawal bleeding since starting the pill. I did have to take a 5 day break before my insurance would cover my refill about 2 weeks ago but I’m not sure if that could have anything to do with it due to the time frame? I’m sort of freaking out that this is a sign that slynd is no longer working for me and my biweekly periods are coming back. Please someone tell me if spotting in the middle of a pill pack is normal after 5 months of no spotting!!!

Is this the beginnings of yellowing at the bottom or normal?

This part is normally under the rocks but I slightly moved them and noticed a slightly yellow. I’m worried because I know that yellowing starts from the base up but not sure if that’s what this is

Sizing help - How big is too big for a gifted blanket?

I’m making a blanket for my two friends that recently got engaged but I’m second guessing myself now that I’m about 12 rows in. Right now it’s measuring at about 64 inches wide. When I first began this project I wanted to make it a little bigger so that it could fit 2 people but now I’m looking at it and I’m like wow this is going to be a pretty wide blanket. I’m used to making blankets just for myself so they’ve always been narrower and now I’m kinda stressing that they’re going to open it up and it’s going to be comically big. I’m definitely overthinking it lol but when you are making a blanket with the expectation that it’ll fit 2 people, how big do you usually make them?

Entyvio making allergies worse

Has anyone else experienced this? I was diagnosed in 2024 and put on entyvio in 2025. It’s been working great for me and I’ve had very minimal side effects except for one thing: all of a sudden I started getting what seemed like allergic reaction from my cat that I’ve had for 6 years! I had never even sneezed because of him until now. It eventually got bad enough that my doctor recommended I get an allergy test and it turns out that I am allergic to cats and dogs, which is really crazy to me because I grew up with pets all my life and NEVER reacted to any of them before entyvio

Is this something anyone else has experienced? I know that entyvio and some of the other UC meds can weaken your immune system, so my thinking here is that my immune system before entyvio was good enough that my allergies were able to stay so mild I never noticed them and now my immune system is weak enough that the allergies are not ignorable. Googling hasn’t really given me any solid answers on whether this is possible so I wanted to take this here to see if this is a common or at least heard of experience. Even my allergy doctor was like what are you talking about when I suggested this to her lol (she had not heard of entyvio before I brought it up to her)

Do I need to be walking more than I currently am?

Some background: The past several weeks I have been working on diet and exercise with the goal of losing 30lbs. I am 27f, 5’2 and 150lb. I have an office job and overall very sedentary lifestyle that I am trying to change. To be completely honest I have never enjoyed fitness or working out or exercise at all. I completely dread it no matter what it is. I will be the first person to say I am very lazy but I really want to change that about myself because I think it’s holding me back.

at the beginning of April I decided I was going to walk on walkingpad on weekdays. Since I’m lazy that usually turns into 3-4 days a week for 30 minutes about 3-3.5 mph. I don’t know if this is enough to lose weight. I know that a lot of weight loss comes from calorie deficit which is a whole other thing for me to tackle but if I am eating 1500 calories a day is 3-4 days of brisk walk for 30 minutes enough to lose a noticeable amount of weight or do I need to increase? I’ve just started getting in the habit of walking 3-4 days which I know for a lot of people is probably nothing but for me is a big accomplishment. I just worry that if I set too significant of a walking goal for myself ill become discouraged and not want to do it at all since it’s such a stark contrast to what I have been used to in the past years. But idk maybe I just need someone to tell me to suck it up and do it anyway?
