I believe the most important thing we can do together is build more affordable cooperative villages, as an option for all

The mental, physical, environmental benefits of giving all people the option to live in cooperative villages again is tremendous. The void in the human soul from isolation, the poison of stress from insane rent and house prices push people to be more racist, consume more, eat worse, think worse.
