Dispute team put restriction on my account (no notification to me). Rent payment did not clear, and now I have fees.

This is the second time I got screwed by Ally, but somehow the more frustrating part is the lack of communication from them to me. CSRs dont seem to have a clue. The app doesn't even show there's a restriction on there, so how am I supposed to rely on them for making critical payments like rent and Credit Cards?

Im looking to switch, any recommendations on other banks with reliable checking account for payments, and proper and timely communication if there are issues??

TIA

Looking for hotel recommendation that has a lush plant-filled resort style area. Spouse and toddler love plants. Private bathroom and AC are a must. Close to a train would be nice.

Would ideally like a nicer place, but not looking to spend more than $100/night. King size bed would be great as our kid likes to sleep with us. This would be my first time in the country.

VX personal, LHR 7hr layover with spouse and child, lounge recommendations?

Seems like either the No1 Lounge or My Lounge based on Google search. No1 likely has better food but My lounge might be a better environment for a toddler.

Do either have a play area? I'd prefer to get good food but QoL for family always more important. It also looks like I can pay for an entry slot on the No1 lounge.

I'm a first time lounge goer. Flight lands around noon, mid November.

TIA

Anyone get wrong info for hotels when booking through the portal?

Photo shows them listing an indoor and outdoor pool. The initial search filter I used (4 star hotel only) was also wrong. Called hotel to confirm and they verified its a 3-star hotel with no indoor pool.

How am I supposed to reliably book a hotel when the info provided is wrong?

CS rep was some lady from the Philippines and was basically like "this is the information we have from the hotel, what do you want me to do?"

I don't have time to book and verify every stay all the time. Did I make a mistake with this card? Have only had it about a month now.
