Bitty pirate checking in

Little bitty is celebrating her 11th birthday this weekend so I thought I’d give a little update. She’s such a sweetheart and is doing so well in her new house (we moved in April). I adore this little girl so much, she’s been through so much and I am so thankful to have my girl. She even went camping in the mountains last weekend! Her brother hated it (lol see pic), but she was just perfect.

Old town Arvada with kids

Looking to take my two kids (5 and 7) and my nieces (4 and 6) to a fun restaurant. I’m thinking old town Arvada bc we haven’t really explored that area much. Any suggestions for cute and fun places for kids? Thanks!

Pure confusion, radio silence

I applied months ago (January) for a trip I’m taking in 3 weeks. They gladly took my money but I never even got past the “wait for the conditional approval” and get an interview. I am a normal American female with two boys, never been arrested and haven’t had a speeding ticket in ten plus years. I truly don’t understand this program. My sister applied a day before me, has zero arrest record just like me- and got immediate approval for an interview. It is extremely frustrating and after my trip if they still don’t offer me an interview- I will be filing a chargeback because at this point it just seems like they are stealing my money.

Can anyone offer me any advice? Before I applied, I thought 6 months was plenty of time. Obviously I was misinformed about that, however, the other 20 people on my trip also applied in January and got conditionally approved within a few days. I obv haven’t heard anything from global entry- I don’t see any phone number to call, I’m sure they wouldn’t help me out anyway. Is this backup due to our current administration? I filled out all my info correct (I printed it and double/triple checked my info). I just saw on another post that someone put in that they were born in 2025 and got an interview. I would love if someone had any insight, I’m born and raised in America, am as “normal” as you could imagine. Thank you for reading, I’m just confused and probably won’t find out a why, but it leaves me very unsettled.

Bitty pirate checking in!

We recently moved cross country and it took a few months for my princess to get used to the new house. But I’m proud to say she now will walk up her dog stairs to my bed all by herself, I’m so proud of this girl! She’s also my little Velcro pup, hence the pic of her sleeping on my head.

Never received letter, don’t know what is missing?

So as this says, irs received my return and sent a letter. I have not received a letter. We moved cross country and have all of our mail FWD through usps, the new owners of our old house have not received anything….. I went on the irs website bc I was told that the letter could be on there and it was not. I’ve tried calling and actually kept getting transferred to talk to a human- but then got hung up on at least 5x by the automatic message about the call line being too long and to call back later. I guess I just am trying to figure out if there is a way of actually finding out what is needed that the letter was supposed to explain- for reference we had to file by mail- but that was in early april so I would assume that if they received our return, they also should have sent the letter. We have always received our refund without any hold up, so this is extremely to me and frustrating bc I can’t fix something that I don’t know what it is. If anyone has any ideas, it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.

Also, I know refunds take forever with paper submissions, I’m prepared for that to take more time. My bigger concern is the letter that they sent that I didn’t receive.
