Hello! I recently reinstalled SWBF2 on my Xbox and all my skins and star cards are locked, including my preorder bonuses.

This is especially weird because my progression levels are still present- for example, my Luke shows lvl 71 and my heavy shows 100, but my Officer is only level 4?
