The first photo shows how the print was supposed to look, and the second shows how it turned out.

I used halftones for the print so the details would show up, but from my uneducated guess, it looks like the computer was not able to read the halftones and created a blob for the faces instead? For example, there are some light halftones around the face of the person on the right side of the locket, but in the printed version it came out as completely white. The printing technique the company used is DTFx , which I’m not as familiar with. I’m wondering what I can do to the file to fix this, maybe tone down the halftones or not use halftones at all? Maybe the halftones were too small to be read?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
