I have a problem with my UI... somehow my button settings dialog is in a position that I can't click the title bar to move it or close it... So it just stays there until I close the application. How could I reset its position?

Just today I was watching a video from a fellow commander about a smuggling Cobra Mk V build, and I saw these 4 paint jobs available in his livery... I've never seen this in-game before, and I've purchased every ARX upgrade for the Cobra Mk V available. Do you guys know anything about this?
